WELCOME TO

FANTASTIC FRIDAY FEATURES

WITH YOUR HOST THOUGHTWEAVER!

Welcome back everyone! I've located a slew of excellent fractals for this week, so let's take a look! :D (Big Grin)

Starting us off for this week: Deserted Morrows by Xyrus-02
<da:thumb id="494688095"/>
As I said in a comment, this fractal reminds me of sails or perhaps flowing silk in the wind due to the transparency of the aspects in the piece as well as the lovely colors used. Though well-known for being the developer of Apophysis 7X, Xyrus-02 has undoubtedly earned recognition for this splendid creation.

Next, Gears of Time by Fiery-Fire

Staying true to the natural of fractals by the infinite repetitions that can be seen, this fantastic work also features both layered details and a central focus by the use of illuminating hues. Speaking of which, those color choices were superb.

Subsequently is Satisfied by piethein21

A curiously abstract work, I find that if you look at the bubble in the foreground, you'll see a golden, three-leaf clover. Seemingly glinting and reflecting light as certain 3D fractals tend to do, the work casts a beautiful glow to envelop the eyes as they're drawn to view the incredible structure of this design.

As the 4th piece of art, this is Solitary Man by Fractalholic

Sienna and greens are used to craft a most magnificent gnarl piece, one which fills a void that I've noted of them for quite some time. The pattern actually reminded me of caramel or a design as intricately made in cream upon a latte.

Following that piece is Thoughts in Clouds by BoxTail

I didn't choose this one due to its name, though I will admit that I enjoy having the word "thought" in any work of art. The lurid hues and layout overall give the idea of clouds, but those in dreams or those wandering in the imagination. Though I'm not sure what the foreground scratches represent, but they present a nice touch to the piece.

To end this feature, here's Sweet Emotion by eReSaW
Sweet Emotion by eReSaW
Sweet Emotion is a blend between minimalist and abstract styles, using color expertly to convey the sensation of "love" (or perhaps you had another sweet emotion in mind?) to any who see it. Also worth noting are the details in those feather-like formations; they add more to the minimalism, yet keep it intact nonetheless.

My gratitude to you all for examining these amazing artworks today! If you like what you've seen, kindly give these artists a Favourite Star for their efforts. :D (Big Grin)

Stay tuned for more to come next Friday on
